Vertex has created Web-based applications to help the Texas Diabetes Council (TDC) create, manage, and track shipments of its diabetes toolkit to customers.
Working with partner Sherry Matthews Advocacy Marketing, which managed the project, Vertex has created Web-based applications to help the Texas Diabetes Council cut costs and provide better customer service by managing and tracking shipments of its diabetes information toolkit. An automated followup survey helps the TDC analyze the use of their toolkits in order to improve its customer service.
